Update on writing my own pattern

I FROGGED it more than once! I’ve thrown in the towel; waving the white flag! I ordered a pattern and back to square one.

Crochet term FROG (GING) is a slang term that refers to ripping out yarn and starting over to fix a mistake. The term comes from the sound of “rip it, rip it” which sounds like a frog’s “ribit, ribit”. To me it means FORGET IT :~)

I got to this point and it just wasn’t coming together to my satisfaction so …..

Ripped out to this point but after purchasing the pattern will probably be ripping the rest of it out. Waving the white flag, but not giving up. Stay tuned.
